Vintage

Due to the nature of previously-loved items, imperfections are to be expected. 

Holds

We can not place items on hold without a deposit. All Items left longer than 30 days will be returned to inventory. 

Shipping

We are not shipping at this time. All items are available for pickup or [free] delivery in Squamish, Whistler and Vancouver.

Returns

You have five days from the date you received your purchase to exchange or return for store credit. We do not issue refunds. 

To request a return please send an email to jeanine@inseasonshop.com with the following information:

A. Your order number

B. The reason for your exchange or store credit request

C. If the reason for the return 

After the five day initial return period, all sales are final. This means we will not be able to accept any returns or provide store credit for items returned after this timeframe. 

All discounted items are final sale - they may not be returned for credit.
